If I could give Carmen Washington, NP 5 stars i would! 3 stars for the clinic because the office staff has a high turnover. However, Carmen Washington is AMAZING!!! She helped me in one visit with the seizures I was experiencing compared to the several visits I had at Barrow Neurological Institute. She’s knowledgeable, she’s courteous and thorough. I highly recommend Carmen as a primary care physician. If she ever leaves B-Healthy I will follow her. She listens, genuinely cares and will help you. Thank you Carmen for listening to me and for helping me get relief from the seizures.

The one star is for my Dr. Dr Susan Sarabia is a great dr and so compassionate. As far as the staff it’s the worst I’ve ever seen! The staff near 43rd is aweful. Since they removed their office manager Ivy that office has gone from 5 stars to no stars! I’ve called for 2 months for a filled prescription and it’s been one excuse after another. They put you on hold and after waiting for nearly half an hour they hang up the calls and then don’t want to answer the calls again! What a waste of a Dr.’s office!! Check out the other location they might treat you better than this office. This office you get treated like slime!!! Horrible office Jocelyn, Sonia and Veronica are good for nothings and will run this office to the floor! So sad that the owners here to these offices know of the situation and do not do anything to this matter! So if I were u I would take your health care issues to another office

My experiences with B Healthy Clinic is absolutely amazing Dr. Carmen Washington is very knowledgeable and provided me with personalized primary care in order to address my illness and stay healthy, (B-Healthy) She listened to my chief complaints, educated me on how to manage my health moving forward, explained everything to me in layman terms, she answered all my questions, ordered all the necessary tests and examinations (labs/blood, CT scans, ultrasounds, urinalysis, EEGs) as well as the necessary referrals to specialists. She was dedicated to providing me with quality health care. The level of care she provides me is amazing and because of her dedication and decisions as a medical professional my health improved. Thanks to Dr Washington and her staff, I am on the road to a successful and full recovery. I have recommended B Healthy Clinic to my family and friends.

This clinic is an absolute joke and a waste of time. The doctors are usually running late and wether you get there early or at the check in time. They will throw you back into a walk-in appointment or have you waiting in the back. God forbid you missed your check in time by 3 minutes. Today my wife had a scheduled appointment with this clinic at 10:40 AM and was told to check in at 10:25 AM over the phone. She had another exam earlier in another clinic and was rushing to make it to this appointment on time only to be told she would be put on a waiting list as a walk-in. My wife arrived to her appointment at 10:28 AM (3 minutes past her check in time) and they told her check in was at 10:20 AM and my wife would have to put on as a walk-in. Make up your mind already! My wife declined because she had her next appointment at 12:00 PM and from experience we know she will be waiting for hours only to be sermoned on “time Managment” when the clinic doesn’t hold to these standards. The ladies cannot even hold their tongues either as my wife went back in to ask about switching doctors. They where laughing because my wife told them she didn’t have time for their games. Stop toying with your patients. We also have busy lives.

While Dr. Jack Hawks is the best primary physician I've ever seen and I simply love him, the wait times at this office make the visit horrible. Unless you have a 5pm appointment prepare to wait for at least 2 hours sometimes up to 4 on the most hard and uncomfortable wooden chairs. Only for the front desk assistants to forget half of the medications that you needed and then will take days to help correct the mistake, if at all. They're costumer service really needs an upgrade. To be honest I just wish I could see Dr. Hawks at a better location. Kinda hate this place.

I recently started going to this office as my GP switched locations, and I wanted to keep them as my main doc. The staff look to be overburdened, the waiting area unkempt, supplies kept in various rooms instead of being distributed. Waiting times are high, even with an appointment - expect to wait 45 minutes past scheduled time before getting called back. Everyone is friendly though, and the back of the office (beyond the waiting room) is kept clean, if frantic.

Speaking with family, they dislike the place. Compared to the location my GP was at prior, it's definitely a downgrade in both appearances and logistics. But I like the doctor I have, and that to me overrides any non-essential issues that I have. I don't go here for a in-and-out 5 minute special, and I don't go to grade the interior of the place for Better Homes and Gardens. I'm here to see a person that I trust to help me with issues and questions regarding my health.

Basically: it's messy up front, staff are super busy, but the doc I have followed to this new location is good - that's what counts.
