Went in to purchase a few mini margaritas with a friend, she was in the store with me for 2 minutes and had to leave for target. We are both 22. When I went to make my purchase, she asked for my friends ID. I informed her that my friend left. She told me I could not purchase the alcohol, so I asked if I could at least purchase jelly beans, to which she said, "I cannot sell you anything." In a very condescending tone. I will not be returning to this location, I could understand the alcohol without having my friends ID, but not selling jelly beans while speaking to me rudely? I'll pass.

I run a guys trip annually and purchase $1000 worth of beer and spirits for the trip (in addition to my personal consumption during the year, well into the $1200+ range). When buying this type of quantity, I always comparison shop. Most rebates/money off 2 are the same, store to store, because it’s given at the distributor level. So that leaves basic price. I shop these prices on their website, as their website asks me to select a specific store. Of course, when I get to that specific store, the price is different. Some time by a couple dollars, so times much more. When I asked the manager of the Gatlin store, his response was “we have nothing to do with the website”. Yes, the same one with your company name, that asks me to select your exact location. So basically, why have a website, if several items on it cannot be purchased at the price listed? The manager didn’t care that I’m a regular customer that spends over $2000 a year with his company. I spent my life in corporate sales…this is just plain stupid! He obviously doesn’t understand the costs involved with customer acquisition, or retention. When I called corporate customer service, no one answered and their mailbox was full. Why does anyone deal with companies (and people) like this? I know I won’t, from this point forward.

As of Friday November 18th they are open to the public. Beautiful store with about everything you could need! Ton of local craft beer options plus so much more. So happy we finally have an ABC between Stuart and Vero! They also have a beer and cigar cave plus higher end bourbon/Whiskey. Can't wait to go back!

I am a Door Dasher, and this place is so awesome. I know nothing about wines, liquor or anything besides beer. I walked in twice today with a wine order and approached 2 different employees. They both took me exactly where the wine was. No, "it's over there," they took me to the exact spot personally. The customer service here is AWESOME ? .

I would recommend the entire St. lucie County to shop here because of the variety of beverages available. They even sell party themed cups/ straws, spoiled whipped cream, and more! There is never a crowd or long line when I visit. I feel like a celebrity when shopping here. The atmosphere is always clean and attractive to shop.

My daughters just left @ABC Wine & Spirit on Gatlin Blvd both of age!! The one that was purchasing the Wine had her Florida ID, clearly showing she is over the age of 21. They still denied her - saying because her older sister forgot hers & was willing to go get it…. This is unbelievable - when does everyone with you have to show an ID when you purchasing anything?
Clearly discrimination at its best!!!
Never again will they get our business?
