So I bought a pair of polo pants from Dillards For a trip , I bought the wrong size so I came to exchange them for the right size, the employees said something about Not being able to pull up the proof of purchase in the system because it was past 30 days something like that, but that shouldn’t matter if I paid for them I have the proof of purchase and I’m just trying to get a different size…. extremely disappointed especially because I shop in Dillards, almost twice a month And I just spent a bunch of money there on Black Friday.. $125 Jeans and I can’t fit them and they won’t take them back or exchange them…. not even a discount on a new pair I would have paid

This store is a little dark and dated but the people there were very nice. The associate that helped me by my shoes was very nice then I went upstairs to buy some clothes I bought quite a bit and the lady that was working up there was a lot of help.

My wife after countless stores and dozens of stores, finally found an awesome selection at this store at the Treasure coast mall, but you have to go up stairs on the escalator, trust me, it's all womens apparel and Bingo she finally found her dress. Great array of designers featuring some very nice dresses. Ultimately my feet were happy after hours and hours of searching elsewhere, more importantly my wife was in dress heaven and was very happy.

I honestly don’t know how Dillards is still in business!!! I bought a nutcracker ( Holly /Kurt Adler ) at the Wellington store . I got home and found it on Amazon for a huge discount. 5 days later l went to the Stuart with the nutcracker and recite. The sales lady said that she couldn’t give a credit card refund bc the Nutcracker was bought in Wellington . She could just give us a store credit . Finally she changed her mind when she found out that we were going to go to customer service .
I really have no desire to ever step foot in a Dillards store again . I could not find the nutcracker that l returned on line so l used the one that my friend bought on Amazon after seeing it at Dillards .
