The server started out great then they started getting busy, and all the server's got overwhelmed and had a hard time to get anything had to go to drink station just to get a refill ask for food items several times other tables were experiencing the same some people were walking out after getting seated the food was hot and a pile of meat I got brisket and chicken along with salad bar the banana pudding was just wipe cream flavored a little disappointed on that. Fried green tomatoes were great, and grilled cheese was good for the kid

The service was decent. The food was pretty disappointing. The ribs were rubbery. the brisket was dry and tough. The sides were bland. The sweet heat bbq sauce was all sweet, no heat. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the Texas toast. If you are looking for quantity over quality, You do get a decent amount of food for the price.

The meat was dry and had no flavor. Looked good. Taste awful. I ate a fourth. Never was asked if I needed a refill. Won’t ever go back again. Waste of $27

I stopped in last night for dinner. I asked how much it would be for brisket and ribs. Waitress told me $19.95. I ordered that with a baked potato and a one trip salad bar. Salad bar was really good. When I got my food, the ribs were kind of tough and the brisket was thin and greasy. Too many brisket that is cooked well should fall apart and not be like you’re just eating roast beef on a sandwich similar to Arby’s. The Waitress also brought me fries that I didn’t order. I didn’t complain about the food. Thought I would just pay my check and move along. When I got my check the first time it was like $46. It had a full price $8.99 salad bar, four dollar drink and the rest was ribs and brisket. It took my server three trips back to the kitchen to finally get my bill right. I paid my bill and left and threw the remaining food in the garbage can outside the door. So on all the food was not very good and the service quite frankly wasn’t either. I do not plan to revisit the restaurant again.

Pardners is a fantastic BBQ restaurant in our opinion. Three times in a row now, we’ve had a great meal served by friendly and helpful staff. The BBQ pork appears mostly sliced with a some pulled as well, with virtually no fat. Usually in other restaurants I order it dry so I can control the sauce, but not here, it’s always perfect for my tastes. A game changer for me at Pardners is that they take the time to serve hand cut French fries which is huge for me, they are fantastic, and I’d go just for them. My wife and me will continue to be regular customers at Pardners.

Pros: (Only reason I'm giving 2 stars)
Our server was very nice.
The BBQ chicken was pretty good
Onion rings were good.
Sweet tea was good
Hush puppies were good

Cons:
Overall experience took forever
One server (not ours) ignored us upon entry, even after making eye contact and assisting another customer.
They desperately need a busser.
Didn't bring salads out before the meal as requested, but rather received them after our main entrees arrived.
Requested sauces when the meal arrived but ended up having to get ketchup and BBQ sauce off another table ourselves.
No drink refills were given
Cole slaw was dry, decent flavor but dry.
Pulled pork wasn't great at all. Had an "off" taste about it.
BBQ beans were not bbq beans, Pretty sure they were soup beans

The barbecue was really good. The pulled pork sandwich with a side of coleslaw is outstanding.

The fries, I have to say, were a disappointment. Cooked a while ago and sat under the heat lamp until they got soggy.
