Food was great. Service, not so much. At the money window they asked if I wanted to round up and donate. To what? If you’re going to ask people for money then you might want to tell them what it’s for. The little tiny girl taking orders and working the handout window on 8/5/24 around 5:30pm was super rude. She sounded half dead like she didn’t want to be there. I asked for zesty sauce and she told me to pull around and park. They brought the bag out with no zesty sauce, had to go inside to get it. The manager stood back behind the line leaning while staring at me, it was a while before I was acknowledged. Also I ordered a value Coke and was literally given a child size 4oz cup. Not sure if this was a joke or if BK has really sank that low. Your employees need to get it together or find a new job .

No smiles, no good mornings, no how can I help you...just straight "what do you want?" Food usually takes a few minutes but comes out fresh and hot. Inside is very outdated, but brings that feeling of nostalgia when you enter the doors and see the colors and crowns on the tables.

I just had an original chicken sandwich, add pickle and tomato, and it was beautifully made and very tasty. And the bathroom was clean. Well played, BK.

Not sure, why the bad reviews ?
The food has been consistently delicious and no problem with service. Best fries, albeit, a little salty. Quick turn around, both at drive through and walk in. We're staying close at a hotel and it's close, quick and delicious

Very nice polite staff. Clean restrooms and restaurant. Even seen the staff clean outside.

The food is good. It's been understaffed for a very long time. If you're in a hurry this is not the place for you. I have sat in the drive thru 15-20 minutes with only two cars in the drive thru lane.
