I am very grateful for Billy and his associate "The Handsome One" - I have had other companies out, and unfortunately for me they were unable to get my lid open on the "Solid Side" - and they would pump from the wet side... in fact "Johns by John" told me that I'd need to replace my tank. Thankfully for billy because they worked tirelessly to get my lid open, and were able to pump everything out.

If you want someone who isn't going to try to immediately sell you a new tank, and will actually do proper service, Billy is your guy! Highly recommend A+++++++++

He has always provided excellent service; great at explaining the system, maintenance required and even has provided solutions to underground varmints. I contacted this business to get an evaluation of our drain field and estimate to have it replaced. (Friday morning). He said he was at a job but could stop by this weekend to text him my info. I did, no confirmation text back. So Saturday morning I text him to see if he would be by today or Sunday. 2hrs later he text he was waiting for an inspector and he would let me know when that was done. 5pm comes around and I tried calling him since I hadn’t heard anything all day. He answered the phone by saying I’m busy! Very rude and unprofessional, we are all busy sir. You will never get my business or that of anyone I know.

Billy made an appointment with me in which I waited 5 days for him to get to me. The day before the appointment I texted him to confirm. Well he must have forgotten or over booked either way when he returned my call he denied that I had had an appointment. I must have made it up right. I guess I'm just new to how buisness is done in Florida. Where I come from when you make an appointment you show up.

Billy, the owner, is professional, extremely competent and a pleasure to work with. He completed a new drain field for me on time and at a good price. He has done most of the systems in my area, and his experience became very valuable on my job. The initial permit contained an error that could have made for a much more expensive system. Billy recognized the error, worked with the building department getting it corrected, and built me the right system. I wouldn't consider anyone else for septic work.

This guy is the definition of a joke.... called him for a septic replacement. Emailed him everything he requested for the quote. A week later (a week wasted) I never heard back from him so I called him and he tells me “I’m not interested in that job”, plain and simple. I highly recommend a more reputable company that a “septic Joe”.
