First time stayed here & going back next week, nice surprise was a guest lounge.
Great location just off M6 junction 42 Carlisle, better value than Premier inn.
We booked 3 rooms 1 single 1 king size 1 family all with onsuite shower.
If like me you are travelling from way down south to the top of Scotland this is a great place to break your journey & a good breakfast to start you off next day.

Super B&B and very good value. Clean, recently updated room with a comfortable kingsize bed. Excellent breakfast with a vegan / veggie option.

The in my room was terrible, no pressure whatsoever it stopped twice, but retwisting the controls started it up again. A leaking pipe would have been better to have a wash under. Bed was bowed and springy

Booked a night on the Saturday 18th Jan 2025 at Crossroads House bb and what a gem we have discovered absolutely brilliant in every way lovely hosts Julie and Alistair lovely room and a fabulous brekky.. what more could you want and its all here ... we will be back without any doubt .. Thanks Julie 👍

Stayed twice with Julie and the team. It wasn't the best of years, Mum was terminally ill and then passed but knowing I'd a place to stay and they understood my situation made such a difference.

Julie was amazing, the dogs were gorgeous and we were made to feel so very welcome. We were let down one night on a dinner booking so went to the Greyhound and it was lovely, perfect for my Dad.

Delighted to see that they now do breakfasts, so I may be able to encourage my Dad out to meet the team.

Great stop off hotel for heading north or south on the motorway. Our room was clean and well appointed and great value for money. We made arrangements with the owner to get access after midnight that all worked well. Unfortunately we had to leave early so didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast.

Definitely recommend Crossroads - ideal for a stop over on the way to Scotland. Julie and Kerry were really friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Shower was great abd the room was clean. Free parking and a comfy bed - a great place to stay!
