We were returning from an appointment and decided to stop at La Bottega! We have been there before and we wanted to pop in and say hi!

We were greeted warmly by Alejandra who remembered us and greeted us as family! We asked about Juan but he was at school.

We ordered the Greek platter and cafe con leche! We were not disappointed ? The food was wonderful and we left satiated and continued our walk back home.

I definitely recommend you give it a try.

Very friendly people. Family run business with pride. The empanadas are the best I have ever tasted. Made by Mum with expertise, they are not too heavy, are great quality and supremely tasty. Came across this restaurant by accident but left tremendously satisfied. The service was amazing! But the food was delicious. Must try the house potatoes with hot sauce. Highly recommend!

We called ahead as we wanted to make sure about parking and also we had a small dog. We received a very warm positive response. We came for brunch and were greeted very warmly. It’s just a very nice place, coming from downtown Miami. It’s still in the artsy district with lots of activity, but not right in the chaotic part of Miami. Juan greeted us upon arrival. He made sure we were comfortable and took drink orders. Then the food. ( our dog was royally taken care of). We found the empanada to be excellent, the breakfast sandwiches delicious from bread to cheese, eggs and meat. It was a wonderful experience and we’d come back in a minute!
PS the bathrooms were absolutely wonderful and clean too!!❤️❤️

Out of all Miami the best service I experienced was in this place! Alexandra, the owner, is simply the best and the most kind and joyful person! She took really great care of me and my fiance! We loved the food which was so fresh and felt homemade! The empanadas were very flavorful and traditional. I felt for a second as if I was in Argentina! If you are looking for great flavors and excellent service do not skip this place!

Honestly, an amazing family-owned spot for breakfast food, especially empanadas. We discovered this place on a whim and absolutely loved it. I ordered the beef, chicken and Good Morning empanadas, and it was probably my favorite morning meal during my time in Miami. I also ordered the Good Morning Sandwich (croissant), which they also recommended, and that was delicious too. The staff was super friendly, fast and helpful. 100% a strong recommend if you're in the Wynwood area.
