This is a great Pals. You can taste in the burger that someone cares about proper care of that flat top. The clerks are kind. My only gripe is no one has fully cleaned the iced tea pitchers in months, so it always tastes old and rancid.

The food is ok once you get it. However most the time what you order they always leave something out or at least that been the case with us. They do not listen. You get home paid for items you don’t get. They might wanna put more effort into training. If you want happy customers give good customer service. Leaving paid for food out of the bag is not what I call good customer service. This happens to often.

First, I would like to thank the store operator, Christian, for allowing me to have my full order replaced for free since my order was missing a Chili Bun the last time.

The Chili Bun and the Vanilla Milkshake were good, and the fries were okay. Overall, I usually have good experiences with Pal's, and I appreciate the friendly service that Christian and the cashier that handed my food to me showed to make my last experience right.

Did I just eat at the same place that got all the good reviews? The service was awesome but what the heck is up with that chili past? This is the first time I have ever eaten at Pal’s.

Delicious, fresh, made to order 'fast' food. Tennessee's version of In-N-Out. It's a must try and the building is super fun!

Food is okay for pals but not stellar. I’ve had my order messed up 3 times now, the last time was a colossal mess up and I went back through the line and of course the staff made it right for me. This is typical of other fast food places but I used to think pals was a higher standard.
