Great front desk and check in. I don't care to much about the self check in system. The schedule of appointments are easy other than listening to a prerecorded message. Less time if just answer phone. I see Dr Ward and NP Shannon Hollowell. They both treat me with great listening and helping with my needs. I give them 5 stars. The facet injections have been a life saver for quality of life. Thank you all for your great help and service.

I have a Neurological Disease and have been receiving treatment from them for almost 17 years now. The staff is always friendly, from the ladies up front when you walk through the door, to the one's who check your vitals and take you to your room and to Holly Broadwater my Physician!! Buffy has always been one of the nicest and most helpful that work there. Holly has been my Physician there for many years. She has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Of all the doctors I see, Holly is my favorite. She is easy to communicate with and I trust, believe, and respect what she says.

I have been going to Pain Associates every month for a long time. They have always been very nice and helpful to me. The front ladies always make me feel welcome and set up my appointment times. All the ladies in the back, always take care of anything I need. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help.

Excellent practice! Also, a low drama practice, which I appreciate. I am a longtime patient and look forward to my visits. The staff is friendly and professional. My NP, Shannon, has taken great care of me and has helped me tremendously. She is a class act.

They are so helpful checking the fix appointments to help work are dad chemo awesome and so compassionate. . Nurses make sure if I need anything need relay to doctor. Ben has been amazing he tells me what help and real listen to any issues I'm having. That makes you feel more confident in keep pushing on for better days.

I've been coming to this office for years. Both the doctors and nurse practitioners understand and know my needs. My condition will not improve, but my quality of life is better by using this office and services. There's several treatments that can be done, of course you have to work with insurance which can be irritating. I've went to several locations and have got the same great care at each.

Always enjoy going and seeing April at the front desk and everyone else! Love Rhonda, my nurse practitioner I see every few weeks. She is soo thoughtful and understanding. Very helpful and courteous to this 75 year old❤️❤️!! They always put a smile on my face!! Earth Angels!
